Job summary

NeuVays in Mumbai is seeking an experienced SAP CRM Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in SAP CRM WebUI, ABAP, CRM Middleware, and SAP IS-Utilities to design, develop, and support solutions for customer service and utility processes.

You will develop WebUI using BSP components, provide techno-functional support in IS-U environment, configure middleware integrations with SAP ECC and S/4HANA, and implement REST API integrations, CTI, and data replication.

Qualifications

5+ years SAP CRM experience.
Experience in SAP IS-Utilities projects preferred.
End-to-end SAP implementation or support exposure.
Strong knowledge of SAP CRM WebUI and ABAP within CRM.
Experience with REST APIs and data replication.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance SAP CRM WebUI applications using BSP components.
Provide techno-functional support for SAP CRM in the IS-U utilities environment.
Develop ABAP enhancements, BADIs, user exits, and reports.
Configure and support CRM Middleware for IS-U, ECC, and S/4HANA.
Implement REST API/Web Service integrations with external systems.
Configure and support SAP CRM Contact Center and CTI integrations.
Troubleshoot CRM WebUI, middleware queues, BDOCs, and replication issues.
Collaborate with functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
Support testing, defect resolution, production deployment, and documentation.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP CRM WebUI, ABAP development, CRM Middleware, and SAP IS-Utilities. The role involves designing, developing, integrating, and supporting SAP CRM solutions for customer service and utility business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance SAP CRM WebUI applications using BSP components and configuration.
Provide techno-functional support for SAP CRM in the SAP IS-Utilities environment.
Develop custom solutions using ABAP, including enhancements, BADIs, user exits, and reports.
Configure and support SAP CRM Middleware for integration with SAP IS-U, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4HANA.

Experience with REST APIs, Web Services, and SAP Gateway/OData.
Knowledge of SAP CRM Contact Center and CTI integrations.

Functional Skills
