Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru is seeking an SAP ISU Device Management support specialist to provide day-to-day maintenance within AMS scope. You will handle incidents, service requests, and troubleshoot device-related issues in SAP ISU.

• Ensure smooth functioning of device lifecycle processes, including installation, removal, replacement, and inspection.
• Monitor and optimise device data accuracy and integrity across the SAP ISU landscape.
• Coordinate with business users for requirements gathering, issue resolution, and process improvements.
• Assist in periodic system upgrades, patching, and testing of device management functionalities.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to device management processes, configurations, and custom developments.
• Support integration with other SAP ISU modules (Billing, Customer Service, Work Management) and external systems.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for device management processes.
