We are looking for a professional with strong expertise in the OTC (Order-to-Cash) module, bringing 10–12 years of overall experience in SAP, with a proven track record in retail-focused engagements. The candidate must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience working with retail clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of retail business processes, including order management, pricing, billing, and customer management. A solid knowledge of SAP IS‑Retail is essential, along with familiarity or working experience in AFS (Apparel and Footwear Solution), FMS (Fashion Management Solution), or Retail Fashion Management (RFM) in an S/4HANA environment. The individual should be comfortable navigating the complexities of SAP Retail and Fashion solutions, and be capable of aligning system functionalities with business requirements. The role requires end-to-end implementation expertise, with at least one full lifecycle SAP project completed for a retail client. This includes experience across all project phases such as requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, go‑live, and post‑implementation support. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills are needed to address business challenges and deliver effective solutions.
