Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SAP ILM Archiving expert in India (Kolkata) to lead archiving implementations across SAP modules, with emphasis on ILM and data lifecycle management.

The role requires hands-on experience with ILM, SARA configurations, and content server migrations, including OpenText integration and ADK handling. You will drive workshops with stakeholders and ensure best-practice archiving solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years SAP Data Archiving experience.
• Should have worked on Archiving project involving migration ECC to S/4HANA.
• Analysis of Database growth and Implementation of SAP ILM Archiving.
• Providing installation, configuration, functional and technical expertise for SAP ILM and assisting with testing and validation of results.
• Experience in ILM Store Setup with SAP IQ, OpenText etc.
• SARA configurations, archiving object development and ILM configurations.
• Hands-on with impacts due to archiving and mitigating solutions.
• Designing, Testing, Production and Post Production phases in SAP Archiving/ILM implementation assignments.
• Implementation experience with Standard and Custom Archive objects for various SAP modules.
• Implementing purging/hybrid DVM solutions for technical tables/staging functional tables.
• Archive metadata & ADK files handling.
• Hands-on with System assessment in context to DVM or alternatives.
• Hands-on with Document Archiving scenarios/Content server migration.
• Experience in conducting/leading workshop/discussions with the business users/stakeholders.

ILM_Senior:

• Hands‑on with Nearline Storage (SAP IQ) integration with archive server and SAP, Administration and Support

• Implementation experience with SAP ILM retention management, Legal Hold and Case Management, ILM blocking
• SAP Basis Hands‑On Experience, like basic understanding & troubleshooting
