We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Solution Architect to lead business transformation initiatives leveraging SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in solution architecture, project delivery, business development, and client advisory, ensuring successful enterprise-wide SAP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Industry & Functional Expertise: Demonstrate deep industry knowledge in sectors such as Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, Manufacturing (Automotive, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Retail, High-Tech, Software, Semiconductors, etc.).
• Possess strong functional expertise across core business areas, including:
  • Finance & Cost Accounting
  • Procurement & Supply Chain
  • Manufacturing & Quality Management
  • Maintenance, Logistics, and Sales Operations
• Engage in technology-agnostic business process discussions with senior client leadership.

Solution Architecture Leadership

• Identify business transformation opportunities and showcase how SAP S/4HANA capabilities drive value.
• Lead or collaborate with proposal teams to design tailored SAP solutions addressing client challenges.
• Leverage SAP and proprietary assets to create differentiated solutions.
• Take end-to-end ownership of solution design, collaborating with SMEs to ensure seamless integration across business functions.

Project Delivery & SAP S/4HANA Expertise

• Lead SAP S/4HANA design workshops, gathering business requirements, conducting gap analyses, and developing optimized solutions.
• Oversee SAP projects from blueprint to implementation, ensuring smooth deployment and business adoption.
• Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to integrate solutions while managing risks, plans, and budgets.
• Support pre-sales efforts, business assessments, and roadmap planning for SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

Networking & Business Development

• Build and manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support project and practice leadership in expanding opportunities with existing clients through proactive identification of pain points and innovative solutions.
• Assist in identifying and shaping new business opportunities.
• Lead pursuits related to S/4HANA opportunities, coordinating with experts to develop compelling responses to RFPs and RFIs.
