Job summary

Enablero Gurgaon is seeking an experienced SAP IBP Consultant for Demand & Supply in Bengaluru on a contract basis. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP IBP S&OP solutions, with emphasis on demand and supply planning, planning models, and key figures.

You will coordinate integrations with ERP/S/4 systems and other data sources, while driving KPI design and executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of SAP IBP experience.
• Hands-on SAP IBP implementation and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Demand and Supply Planning.
• Solid understanding of S&OP processes.
• Experience with ERP/S/4 integration and data sources.
• Lead SIT/UAT, cutover and go-live activities.
• Mentoring junior consultants is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IBP demand and supply planning design and optimization.

Role: SAP IBP Consultant Demand & Supply

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 6–8 Years

Key Requirements:

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in SAP IBP.
• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Strong functional knowledge of Demand Planning and Supply Planning.
• Strong understanding of S&OP business processes.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP IBP S&OP solutions.
• Experience with planning models, key figures, planning levels, attributes, time profiles, master data, and planning areas.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and scenario planning.
• Experience with executive dashboards and KPI design.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Experience coordinating integration with ERP/S/4 systems and other data sources.
• Good understanding of master data and data-flow validation.
• Experience with IBP configuration, planning areas, key figures, and operators.
• Experience with Excel planning views and analytics.
• Knowledge of integration technologies such as CPI-DS, SDI, RTI, or equivalent.
• Experience leading SIT/UAT, cutover, go‑live, and hyper‑care activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience mentoring junior consultants is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud is preferred.
• Any Degree qualification is required.
