Job summary

Shashwath Solution in India is seeking a skilled SAP Hybris Testing Engineer to join our e-commerce QA team. You will design, execute, and maintain test cases for SAP Hybris-based applications, ensuring performance, functionality, and security meet high standards.

You will collaborate with development and architecture teams, perform manual and automated testing, and help automate repetitive tasks while staying current with SAP Hybris platform updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on SAP Hybris
• Hands-on experience with SAP Hybris modules such as Product Content Management and Order Management
• Experience in functional, regression, integration, performance, and system testing for e-commerce applications

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for SAP Hybris-based e-commerce applications
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and integration testing on SAP Hybris modules
• Collaborate with development and architecture teams to translate requirements into testing scenarios
• Conduct manual and automated testing to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues in Hybris
• Identify test scenarios and defects, track progress, and report on defects and testing activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate business requirements and ensure accurate representation in the system
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams to identify solutions
• Ensure testing aligns with project timelines and quality standards
• Provide test data creation, environment setup, and validation for SAP Hybris deployments and releases
• Participate in test case reviews, defect triage meetings, and sprint retrospectives to enhance team performance
• Automate test scripts for repetitive tasks and manage test environments to improve efficiency

As an SAP Hybris Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining test cases for SAP Hybris-based applications and ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards of performance, functionality, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for SAP Hybris-based e-commerce applications.
• Perform various types of testing including functional, regression, performance, and integration testing on SAP Hybris modules.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Experience

• o 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on SAP Hybris Testing and Quality Engineering.
• o Strong hands-on experience with SAP Hybris and understanding of its modules (Product Content Management, Order Management, etc.).
• o Experience in functional, regression, integration, performance, and system testing for e-commerce applications.

Technical Skills

• o Strong knowledge of testing methodologies such as manual testing, automated testing, performance testing, and continuous integration.
• o Proficiency in testing tools like Selenium, JMeter, TestNG, or other relevant test automation frameworks.
• o Hands-on experience with JIRA, HP ALM, or similar defect and test management tools.
• o Familiarity with SAP Hybris Commerce features such as product catalogs, order management, and customer data management.
• o Experience with RESTful APIs and SOAP Web Services testing is a plus.
• o Knowledge of database testing (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and familiarity with SQL queries to validate data integrity.
• o Understanding of performance testing and tools like LoadRunner or JMeter.
