Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on SAP ABAP core, including reports (classical/ALV), Dialog programming, BDC/LSMW, Enhancements (BAdI, user exits), SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms.
• Working knowledge of PY, OM, PA and TM in SAP HR, with HR ABAP exposure.
• Integration using BAPI, RFC, ALE and IDOC configuration and development.
• Experience building and consuming OData services and REST APIs from SAP.
• Data conversion experience migrating legacy data into SAP, ideally HR or FI.
• AI-assisted development familiarity with Cursor and Claude for coding and review.
• OSS notes identification, application and validation in SAP landscapes.
• SAP ASAP / Activate methodology; structured analysis, design and testing.
• Understanding of HR and Payroll processes in business context.

• SAP ABAP core — 4–6 years hands‑on: Reports (classical/ALV), Dialog programming, BDC/LSMW, Enhancements (BAdI, user exits), SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms.
• SAP HR modules — working knowledge of PY, OM, PA and TM, including HR‑specific ABAP (infotypes, logical databases, HR macros, payroll clusters).
• Integration — BAPI, RFC, ALE and IDOC configuration and development.
• OData / API — building and consuming OData services and REST APIs from SAP.
• Data conversion — proven experience converting data from legacy systems into SAP, ideally in HR or FI.
• AI-assisted development — practical familiarity with Cursor and Claude for coding, debugging and code review.
• OSS notes — identifying, applying and validating SAP notes.
• Methodology — SAP ASAP / Activate; structured systems analysis, design and testing.
• Functional grounding — understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.
