Job summary

Gemini Consulting Services in Hyderabad invites fresh graduates to join as SAP HCM Trainee / Junior SAP HCM Consultant. The role involves supporting senior consultants on implementation and support projects, and gaining hands-on experience across PA, OM, TM and Payroll.

You will perform basic SAP HCM configuration, assist with data migration, testing, UAT, documentation, and end-user training, while learning from seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

• Assist senior SAP HCM consultants in implementation and support projects.
• Understand business requirements related to Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.
• Perform basic SAP HCM configuration under senior consultant guidance.
• Support incident/ticket resolution and change requests.
• Prepare test cases and perform unit/integration testing.
• Participate in UAT and help resolve identified issues.
• Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and status reports.
• Assist with data migration and validation activities.
• Interact with business users and provide basic end-user support/training.
