Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager in SAP HCM to drive payroll-focused projects for global clients. You will lead teams, conduct blueprint workshops, and deliver end-to-end SAP solutions aligned with best practices.

With 12+ years of SAP HCM experience, you will configure PA/PM, wage types, and tax across countries, while mentoring the project team and coordinating with onsite stakeholders. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP HCM experience including end-to-end payroll.
• Experience with Wage type, Schema and PCR configuration.
• Strong PA/PM knowledge and payroll time integration.
• Experience configuring tax for multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects as a senior consultant/manager.
• Direct teams in transformation and managed services tracks of SAP engagements.
• Conduct Business Blueprint workshops to capture requirements and design to-be processes.
• Deliver configuration, specs, unit/integration test scripts per business needs.
• Mentor project teams and report status to onsite coordinators.

The Opportunity

Senior Manager level consultant in the SAP Technical Consulting team to work on various SAP HCM projects for our customers across the globe.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Need to work as a Leader to contribute in SAP HCM Payroll implementation project.
• Lead teams in the business transformation / managed services track of SAP engagements
• Conduct Business Blueprint requirement gathering workshops to gather business requirements and finalize to-be design
• Deliver Business Blueprint, configuration, functional specifications, unit test scripts, integration test scripts as per business requirements
• Designing and optimizing SAP solutions to meet business requirements.
• Ensuring alignment with industry best practices and SAP guidelines.
• Interacting with SAP vendors, negotiating contracts, and evaluating new products.
• Staying informed about SAP updates and innovations.
• Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators
• Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects
• Regular status reporting to the onsite coordinators
• Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed
• Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis

Skills and attributes for success

• Over 12+ years of SAP HCM experience including implementations in end-to-end payroll process.
• Must have worked on Wage type, Schema and PCR configuration
• Good knowledge of PA/PM, time integration with payroll.
• Configure tax related requirements for ANY of the countries including US, UK, Canada, Australia, Dubai and NZ.
• BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 12+ years
• Should have strong process experience in SAP HCM
• SuccessFactors experience will be an added advantage
• Should have understanding and experience of integration best practices.
• Excellent business communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills
