Responsibilities
- Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.
- Assessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvements.
- Developing and configuring customized SAP solutions.
- Writing scripts and programs to create user-friendly interfaces and enhanced functionalities.
- Deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance.
- Providing SAP system support and end-user training.
- Performing rigorous documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress reports.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Keeping abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred.
- Specialization in finance, project management, business administration, or a related field will be advantageous.
- Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration.
- Great collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Additional SAP HCM responsibilities
- Well versed with SAP HR and Payroll; experience in end-to-end implementations in SAP HR and payroll.
- Defect resolution and defect analysis related to SAP HR and SAP Payroll.
- Technical Skills & Experience: Excellent knowledge of SAP HR and payroll.
- Soft Skills & Experience: Excel.
- Ability to create requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detaling of Processes.
- Proven work experience in implementation would be an added advantage.
- Responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, in E-recruitment and LSO.
- Supporting and fixing issues in areas of: Process templates for INT-EXT; Objects(NA,ND,NE); Info types and Workflows; HCM Forms (Requisition Form & Job Posting Forms & other correspondence forms); Setting background Jobs in E-Recruitment; Search Engine for Requisition, Job Posting & Candidate; Internal and External Job Search.
- Configuration of Course Catalogue and Qualification Catalogue; Configuration of master data: Course Group, Course Type, Course, Resources, Training calendar, Manage participation for learners, Feedback follow up, Training needs, Trainer profile, Course Administrator, View/Filter/Print reports.
- Preparation of Configuration Document; Templates for Performance Management, LSO.
