About The Role

We are looking for a SAP HANA & Ariba Functional Consultant – Modules Expert to join our enterprise applications team. You will be responsible for delivering expert-level functional consulting across SAP HANA and multiple Ariba modules, ensuring successful implementations, seamless integration, and ongoing business support. This role requires deep functional expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and a hands-on approach to solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Functional Consulting & Module Expertise
• Act as the primary functional expert for SAP Ariba modules such as Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Management, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, and Ariba Network.
• Provide functional configuration and customization for SAP HANA models and Ariba procurement processes.
• Map business requirements to SAP best practices, ensuring optimized workflows and compliance.
• Implementation & Enhancements
• Lead or support full-cycle SAP HANA and Ariba implementations, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
• Integration & Collaboration
• Collaborate with SAP technical teams to integrate Ariba with SAP HANA, ECC, or S/4HANA systems.
• Work with middleware solutions like SAP CPI, PI/PO for seamless data flow between platforms.
• Support & Issue Resolution
• Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP HANA and Ariba, performing root cause analysis for functional issues.
• Liaise with business users to resolve procurement, sourcing, and contract management queries.
• Training & Documentation
• Conduct end-user training and prepare process documentation for SAP Ariba and HANA functionalities.
• Maintain functional specifications, test cases, and user guides.
  

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience:
• 5–9 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in SAP Ariba and SAP HANA.
• Proven expertise in multiple Ariba modules (Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Management, Supplier Lifecycle, Ariba Network).
• Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes in ECC or S/4HANA.
• Skills:
• Functional configuration in Ariba and data modeling in SAP HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP integration methods and tools (CIG, CPI, PI/PO).
• Strong business process mapping and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
