Job summary

Letitbex AI seeks a senior SAP GTS/Finance Architect to lead end-to-end design for global trade compliance and consolidation. You will define solution architecture across compliance, customs, and risk, and drive integration with S/4HANA and ERP systems.

You will guide data mapping, governance, and real-time analytics, while mentoring delivery teams across onshore/offshore hubs. Apply your expert knowledge to enable rapid, compliant SAP transformations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP FICO experience with strong focus on Financial Consolidation.
• Minimum 3+ S/4HANA implementations, including at least 1 Greenfield project.
• Experience in global finance transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of SAP GTS solutions for global trade compliance and customs management.
• Define solution design across Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management.
• Translate international trade and compliance requirements into SAP GTS solutions.
• Architect processes for SPL screening, embargo checks, and legal control.
• Design solutions for customs processes including import/export declarations and duty management.
• Integrate SAP GTS with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and third-party logistics systems.
• Drive automation of trade compliance checks within order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
• Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and country-specific customs requirements.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders and guide configuration of classification, licensing, and preference management.
• Oversee system design for audit readiness, reporting, and regulatory tracking.
• Establish governance, best practices, and solution standards for GTS implementations.
• Lead delivery across full lifecycle (design, build, testing, deployment, support).
• Support pre-sales, RFPs, and solution estimations for GTS transformation programs.

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of SAP GTS solutions for global trade compliance and customs management.
• Define solution design across Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management.
• Translate international trade and compliance requirements into SAP GTS solutions.
• Architect processes for Sanctioned Party List (SPL) screening, embargo checks, and legal control.
• Design solutions for customs processes including import/export declarations and duty management.
• Integrate SAP GTS with SAP ECC/S/4HANA (SD, MM, FI) and third-party logistics systems.
• Drive automation of trade compliance checks within order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
• Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and country-specific customs requirements.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders (logistics, compliance, legal, finance).

Job Summary & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA Finance with focus on Group Reporting (Consolidation)
• Design and implement Group Reporting framework, including:
• Consolidation units & groups
• Consolidation ledger & chart of accounts
• Financial Statement Versions (FSV)
• Intercompany eliminations
• Currency translation and consolidation of investments
• Define Greenfield finance data model, organizational structures, and governance framework
• Architect integration between S/4HANA, source systems (SAP/non-SAP), and reporting tools (SAC/BW)
• Lead data mapping, data collection, validation, and consolidation processes (including ACDOCA → ACDOCU flow)
• Drive fit-to-standard approach aligned with SAP Activate methodology
• Define data migration strategy for trial balances and opening balances
• Design and enable real-time reporting & analytics using Fiori and embedded analytics
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Conduct architecture reviews, solution validation, and testing oversight
• Act as trusted advisor to Finance leadership (CFO organization)
• Lead and mentor functional teams across onshore/offshore delivery
