Neev is seeking a seasoned SAP GTS Architect with 18+ years of consulting experience to lead global trade, customs management, and supply chain transformation initiatives. The role combines deep SAP GTS and S/4HANA expertise with strong delivery leadership.

As a hands-on delivery lead, you will own end-to-end architecture for GTS, TM, and integration with SD, MM, LE, EWM, and VMS, while guiding client stakeholders and cross-functional teams through blueprints, go-lives and hypercare.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of core SAP consulting and architecture experience.
• Deep expertise in SAP GTS, SAP TM, S/4HANA, SD, MM, LE, EWM, and VMS.
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery leadership capabilities.
• Experience with global trade, customs management, and supply chain transformations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and solution design for SAP GTS, TM, and S/4HANA core.
• Drive global implementations covering Customs Management, Compliance, and Preference Processing.
• Integrate SAP GTS with SD, MM, LE, EWM, and VMS.
• Lead full lifecycle implementations, migrations, and global rollouts from blueprint to hypercare.
• Advise executive stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams and client expectations.

Key Purpose

We are looking for a seasoned, hands‑on SAP GTS Architect with 18+ years of consulting experience to spearhead complex global trade, customs management, and supply chain transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical prowess in SAP GTS and S/4HANA with exceptional stakeholder management and delivery leadership capabilities across diverse industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Strategy: Own the end-end architecture and solution design for SAP Global Trade Services (GTS), SAP Transportation Management (TM), and S/4HANA core elements.
• Global Trade & Compliance Management: Drive global implementations covering Customs Management, Compliance Management (Sanctioned Party List screening, Legal Control), and Preference Processing.
• Cross-Module Integration: Seamlessly integrate SAP GTS with core logistics and execution modules including SD, MM, LE, EWM, and VMS.
• Project Delivery & Leadership: Guide full life-cycle implementations, large-scale migrations, global rollouts, and support programs from blueprinting to go-live and hypercare.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as the primary trusted advisor to executive business stakeholders, guiding cross‑functional teams, driving consensus, and managing client expectations.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

• Experience: 18+ years of core SAP consulting and architecture experience.
• Core Skillsets: Expert‑level mastery in SAP GTS, SAP TM, S/4HANA, SD, MM, LE, EWM, and VMS.
• Domain Knowledge: Proven track record across Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive, Chemicals, and Logistics sectors.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, client‑facing communication, and organizational change management capabilities.
