Job summary

In2IT Enterprise Business Services seeks an experienced SAP GROW Delivery Head with 15+ years of SAP experience to lead end-to-end SAP GROW with S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition transformation and delivery programs.

The role requires managing large-scale SAP implementations, strong FICO/S4HANA Finance expertise, and banking/insurance domain experience, engaging CXO stakeholders and delivering on scope, timeline, budget and quality.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall SAP experience.
• Strong hands-on/solution-level expertise in SAP FICO / S/4HANA Finance.
• Mandatory experience with SAP GROW / SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• Proven experience in end-to-end SAP GROW implementation/delivery.
• Mandatory Banking and/or Insurance domain experience.

Function: SAP Delivery / Consulting Leadership

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP GROW Delivery Head with 15+ years of SAP experience and strong expertise in SAP FICO / S/4HANA Finance to lead end-to-end SAP GROW with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition transformation and delivery programs.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing large-scale SAP implementations, strong FICO functional/solution knowledge, and substantial experience working with Banking and/or Insurance clients.

This role requires a senior delivery leader who can manage complex programs, lead cross-functional teams, engage with CXO-level stakeholders, drive delivery governance, and ensure successful implementation within scope, timeline, quality and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of SAP GROW / S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation programs.
• Lead SAP delivery strategy, project governance, execution and successful go-live.
• Provide strong functional and solution-level expertise in SAP FICO / S/4HANA Finance.
• Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops and ensure adoption of SAP standard business processes.
• Manage SAP Activate-based implementation methodology across Explore, Realize, Deploy and Run phases.
• Lead and govern multiple functional and technical workstreams including FICO, SD, MM, PP, HCM, integration, data migration, analytics and BTP, as applicable.
• Establish delivery governance, project health reviews, risk management, issue resolution and escalation management.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resource utilization, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the senior delivery point of contact for CXO/business stakeholders and manage customer escalations.
• Lead geographically distributed teams comprising SAP functional consultants, architects, project managers and technical resources.
• Work closely with Sales/Presales teams on solutioning, estimation, proposals, effort sizing and customer presentations.
• Support account growth through identification of additional opportunities, change requests and transformation initiatives.
• Drive delivery excellence, standardization, reusable assets and Clean Core principles.
• Ensure effective integration between SAP GROW and external systems using appropriate SAP integration technologies.
• Drive testing, data migration, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Mentor and develop senior SAP consultants, project managers and delivery teams.
• Monitor project financials, profitability, resource utilization and overall delivery performance.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of overall SAP experience.
• Strong hands-on/solution-level expertise in SAP FICO / S/4HANA Finance.
• Mandatory experience with SAP GROW / SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• Proven experience in end-to-end SAP GROW implementation/delivery, not merely support or exposure.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate and Fit-to-Standard methodology.
• Experience leading large and complex SAP transformation/implementation programs.
• Mandatory Banking and/or Insurance domain experience.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes relevant to Banking/Insurance environments.
• Experience managing multiple SAP workstreams and large cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and CXO-level customer engagement experience.
• Experience in project governance, risk management, escalation management and delivery assurance.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA Public Cloud architecture, Clean Core and SAP Cloud ALM.
• Experience in presales, solutioning, estimation and proposal support.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding of SAP delivery engagements.

Preferred / Good-to-Have

• SAP FICO / S/4HANA Finance certification.
• Experience with SAP BTP and integration.
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM.
• Experience managing global SAP implementations.
• Experience with RISE with SAP in addition to GROW.
• Experience managing project P&L, revenue, margins and utilization.
• Experience in practice development / SAP capability building.
• Experience working with global Banking/Insurance organizations.
