Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking an experienced SAP GRC Security Manager to lead governance, risk and compliance initiatives across client environments. You will guide teams and drive security enhancements within SAP applications, ensuring regulatory alignment.

The role involves mentoring staff, managing client accounts, and delivering trusted advisory services across our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice in a global firm.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leading SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives to enhance security and compliance within client environments
• Analyzing client requirements and implementing security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with industry regulations
• Guiding teams in the development and execution of compliance programs, confirming alignment with regulatory standards
• Utilizing SAP BW/4HANA and other business intelligence tools to provide insights and support decision-making processes
• Developing and maintaining governance frameworks to support operational risk management and compliance oversight
• Collaborating with client leadership to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and mitigating risks
• Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes
• Reviewing and refining policies and guidelines to support compliance and governance objectives
• Engaging in strategic questioning and analytical thinking to address complex client challenges and drive innovative solutions
• Facilitating compliance audits and documentation to validate adherence to regulatory authority standards

As a SAP GRC Security Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing consulting services to confirm compliance and enhance security within SAP applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement security measures, and offer guidance to help clients mitigate risks and protect sensitive data. Within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, you will be instrumental in enabling clients to maintain compliance with industry regulations and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelors degree
• At least 9-12 years of experience of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
