Job summary

CARBYNETECH is seeking a skilled SAP GRC Security Specialist to drive configuration, testing and incident resolution for global SAP landscapes. The role focuses on GRC Access Control, S/4HANA and Fiori security, with exposure to IAM integrations and IAG.

The ideal candidate will work with business teams to translate access requirements into SAP roles and participate in security testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP GRC implementation, rollout, upgrade, or production support.
• Ability to work independently on GRC configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience handling L2/L3 SAP Security and GRC incidents.
• Experience collaborating with business teams to map access requirements to SAP roles.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot SAP GRC solutions and access controls.
• Support global SAP landscapes and security testing activities.
• Participate in UAT, deployment, and post go‑live support.
• Translate business access needs into appropriate SAP roles and permissions.

Job description

• SAP S/4HANA Security experience.
• SAP Fiori Security and authorization experience.
• Experience with SAP GRC 10.x/12.0, preferably GRC Access Control 12.0.
• Experience with SAP GRC integration with ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, SRM, SuccessFactors, or other SAP applications.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG) is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP Identity Management / IAM integrations.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP security and authorization is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager / SAP Cloud ALM.
• Knowledge of SAP security audit and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting global SAP landscapes.
• Project / Support Experience Experience working on SAP GRC implementation, rollout, upgrade, or production support projects.
• Ability to work independently on GRC configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience handling L2/L3 SAP Security and GRC incidents.
• Experience working with business teams to understand access requirements and translate them into appropriate SAP roles.
