Job Description:

MUST HAVE:

• SAP S/4HANA Treasury Management Specialist responsible for managing and optimizing treasury functions within a steel manufacturing company. Role ensures efficient financial planning, cash management, risk mitigation, and treasury operations by leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities to align with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Treasury modules.
• Ensure successful integration with existing financial systems.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and monitoring.
• Optimize liquidity through effective management of cash resources.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including currency, interest rate, and credit risks.
• Recommend and implement hedging strategies as needed.
• Manage bank relationships, treasury workflows, and payment processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and analysis for senior management.
• Assist in developing treasury performance metrics and KPIs.
• Work closely with finance, accounting, and procurement teams.
• Assist in the training and development of team members on SAP S/4HANA capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Professional certification such as CFA, CTP, or equivalent.
• Experience in the steel manufacturing sector.
• Familiarity with international banking and financial markets.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
