Job summary

Lennox International in Chennai, India is seeking an SAP Functional Analyst (2–4 years) with strong EWM experience. The role focuses on requirements gathering, designing and configuring scalable EWM solutions, and owning deployment and operations.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, translate requirements into functional specs, and drive end-to-end delivery across cycles using Agile practices and MS Project.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst with 2 to 4 years of expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management ( EWM ), ideally with exposure to S/4HANA EWM implementations. The role requires strong capabilities in collaborating with business stakeholders for requirements gathering, designing and configuring scalable EWM solutions, and owning deployment and operational management.

Experience Required

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4 EWM implementation, including at least one complete end-to-end lifecycle implementation

Critical Skills required :

• Possess solid knowledge in SAP EWM Mater Data integrations, Inbound, Outbound and Internal Movements warehouseprocesses
• Experienced in SAP EWM configuration and custom development, including storage strategies, handling unit management, wave management, inbound/outbound processes, warehouse operations, exception handling, PPF, queue/task management, and RF mobile solutions.
• Having knowledge in EWM Integration with ECC Logistics Execution and Inventory Management
• Must have good communication skills and be able to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

Nice to Have

• Nice to have SAP S/4 TM Exposure
• Preferred to have project management skills.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 1 year related experience.

Demonstrates moderate technical knowledge of assigned systems and SAP. Working knowledge of specific SAP modules such as Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) or Transportation Management and Logistics (TMS). Working knowledge of relational database concepts, client-server concepts, and industry requirements. Must be able to communicate effectively with both end users and IT staff. Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
