Job summary

Mindset Consulting, LLC is seeking a SAP Full Stack Developer to design and build robust SAP applications using ABAP, RAP, UI5/Fiori, and S/4HANA. You will work across back-end and front-end layers, integrating BTP services and OData, with exposure to ABAP RESTful Programming Model and Build tools.

Ideal candidates have 3–8 years of hands-on SAP development experience, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for clean architecture and upgrade-safe extensions.

• Experience in SAP ABAP development with exposure to RAP and S/4HANA.
• Strong background in UI5/Fiori and BTP-based services.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in both back-end and front-end SAP application development.

We're targeting candidates with expertise in BTP, UI5, Fiori, RAP and has exposure towards SAP ABAP ideally with 3–8 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance applications using ABAP on SAP S/4HANA (On-Premises or Cloud).
• Build cloud-ready services using ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model(RAP).
• Create CDS views, CDS-based business logic, and annotations for consumption in Fiori and OData services.
• Apply clean-core principles to ensure upgrade-safe extension development.
• Build custom logic using BAdIs, Business Events, Enhancement Framework, and key user extensions (In-App Extensibility).

Frontend & User Experience – Fiori/UI5

• SAPUI5
• Integrate UI apps with ABAP or RAP-based OData services.
• Collaborate with UX and functional teams to ensure adoption of SAP Fiori design guidelines.
• Build and extend S/4HANA functionality using BTP services such as:
• XSUAA (Authorization)
• Destination Service
• SAP Build Work Zone (for app integration)
• Develop workflows using SAP Build Process Automation (optional).
• Integrate ABAP systems with BTP via events, APIs, and RFC/OData communication.
