Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Pune invites SAP FI Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting to join a leading SAP practice. The role covers end-to-end implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and ongoing support across SAP landscapes.

You will configure SAP FI processes, support business users, manage financial workflows, and contribute to data migration and cutover activities to deliver scalable finance solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SAP FI implementation, rollout, upgrade and support projects.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, AA and Bank Accounting as part of SAP FI.
• Experience with Financial Closing, Period-End and Year-End processes.
• Experience in data migration, master data management and cutover activities.
• SAP FI integration with CO, MM, SD, PP and other SAP modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP FI processes for enterprise customers.

• Coordinate data migration and cutover activities during go-live.

TCS is looking for experienced SAP FI Consultants with strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI), finance transformation, end-to-end implementation, support, and integration across SAP landscapes. The role involves configuring SAP FI processes, supporting business users, managing financial workflows, and delivering scalable finance solutions for enterprise customers.

Key Skills Required

• Strong experience in SAP FI including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting
• Hands-on experience in SAP FI implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects
• Expertise in Financial Closing, Period-End Closing, and Year-End Closing processes
• Experience in Automatic Payment Program (APP), Electronic Bank Statement (EBS), and Bank Reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI integration with CO, MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules
• Experience in configuration of company codes, fiscal year variants, posting periods, document types, and account groups
• Hands-on experience with New GL, Parallel Accounting, and Financial Reporting
• Knowledge of Tax Configuration, Withholding Tax, GST/VAT, and statutory compliance requirements
• Experience in data migration, master data management, and cutover activities
