Job summary

Shyam Steel Industries Limited is seeking an SAP FICO Functional Consultant in Kolkata with 5+ years of FI/CO experience. You will configure GL, AP, AR, AA, and control modules, ensure seamless integration with MM/PP/PS, and support budgeting and reporting processes.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, perform end-to-end implementations, testing, UAT, and user training, and create detailed functional specifications and documentation to support ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• SAP FI/CO Certification preferred.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), AP, AR, Asset Accounting (AA), and controlling components.
• Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions aligned with financial processes.
• Handle end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, enhancements, rollouts, and support projects.
• Gather requirements and prepare functional specifications with stakeholders.
• Design and support budgeting processes, cost allocations, financial planning and reporting.
• Conduct system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and user training.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot SAP FI/CO issues.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation and process flows.
• Collaborate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, and enhancements.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Functional Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP FICO configuration, business process analysis, integration with cross-functional modules, and reporting. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP FICO processes while ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
