Job summary

NIIT Limited is seeking a SAP Certified Consultant with 3–5 years of experience in SAP FICO, covering GL, AP, AR, CPA and Internal Orders, plus expertise in New GL and Fund Management modules. Strong configuration, FM and integration with MM/SD/PS are required.

Responsibilities include leading design of FM interfaces, converting programs, reports, and enhancements, writing functional specs, and providing application support and end-user training.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of SAP FICO experience including GL, AP, AR, CPA and Internal Orders.
• Experience in New GL and Fund Management modules.
• FM interfaces, reports, and enhancements development experience.
• Knowledge of GST and withholding tax procedures.
• Basic ABAP knowledge and ability to guide developers.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 3–5 years of SAP FICO experience in GL, AP, AR, CPA and Internal Orders.
• 2–3 implementation projects in SAP New GL and Fund Management.
• Provide FM expertise to confirm and develop business requirements.
• Lead design of FM interfaces, conversions, reports and enhancements.
• Configure SAP FICO modules in IMG per business requirements.
• Support business process re-engineering and BP documentation.
• Prepare AS-IS and TO-BE process documents and functional specs.
• Ensure integration with MM, SD and PS FI modules.
• Knowledge of tax procedures, GST and withholding tax filings.
• Basic ABAP for debugging and guiding developers.

Job description

SAP Certified Consultant with 3–5 Years of experience in SAP FICO module [General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cost and Profit Center Accounting (CPA) and Internal Orders and Assets Accounting] with expertise in New GL & Fund Management Modules.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SAP FICO - General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cost and Profit Center Accounting (CPA) and Internal Orders and Assets Accounting.
• 2 or 3 Implementation experience in SAP New GL & Fund Management modules.
• Providing FM expertise to confirm/develop business requirements definition.
• Leading design of FM interfaces, conversion programs, reports, and enhancements.
• Configuration of SAP FICO modules in IMG based on business requirements.
• Experience in business process re-engineering.
• Ability to plan and deliver Business Blueprint document after studying the AS-IS Processes.
• Ability to deliver TO-BE process document.
• Ability to write detailed Functional Specifications for enhancement/developments.
• Good Integration knowledge of MM, SD and PS with FI module.
• Knowledge of Local Laws - GST & Withholding Tax, with expertise in defining of Tax Procedure in SAP. Must have knowledge in Filing of Returns due on monthly/quarterly/Annual basis.
• Basic Knowledge of ABAP. Ability to debug program and guide the developers to write validation and enhancement codes.
• Provide detailed transactional information to internal and external auditors as required.
• Authorization Management with knowledge on Segregation of Duties (SOD).
• Application support and training of end users.

Education Qualifications

• Commerce Graduate from a renowned university.
• MBA Finance and/or CA/ICWA/CFA.

Technical Skills

• Functional Knowledge of complete FICO & Asset Management Modules with expertise in New GL & Fund Management.
• Good Integration knowledge with MM & SD Modules.
• Good knowledge to debug program and guide developers to write enhancements, validations, and custom Reports.
