STL Digital in India seeks an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant to lead end-to-end SAP implementations and optimize financial processes across the organization. The role requires hands-on S/4HANA Finance expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication to liaise with technical and business teams.

You will contribute to design, configuration, testing, and successful go-lives while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and project timelines.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of proven experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant, with at least one end-to-end full lifecycle SAP implementation.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (e.g., New General Ledger, New Asset Accounting, parallel accounting, document splitting).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes including Month End and Period End processes.
• Experience with integration touchpoints with SD, MM, PP, Ariba, VIM and other logistics modules.
• Proficiency in creating functional specifications for custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (e.g., using IDOCs, BAPIs, User Exits, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
