Job summary

Inflexion in Bengaluru, India, seeks an SAP Finance Consultant to drive end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, configuring GL, AP, AR, AA, CO and ensuring smooth integration with MM, SD and PP.

You will work with stakeholders, prepare functional documentation, lead data migration and testing, and support post-go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
• 4–6 years of SAP Finance (FICO) experience.
• Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Solution implementation: Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Finance solutions (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO).
• System configuration: Customize SAP Finance modules and ensure integration with other SAP modules.
• Project management: Lead end-to-end implementation, upgrade and support projects.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Work with business users to identify pain points and propose SAP-based solutions.
• Training & documentation: Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation; support post-go-live.
• Integration support: Ensure smooth integration with MM, SD, PP and external systems.
• Data migration: Perform data migration, validation and reconciliation.
• Testing & compliance: Participate in functional testing, UAT and audit/compliance reporting.

Job Description

As an SAP Finance Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Finance solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand financial processes and deliver robust SAP solutions that align with organizational goals.

• Solution Implementation: Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Finance solutions, including configuration of GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO modules.
• System Configuration: Customize SAP Finance modules to meet client-specific needs and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Project Management: Manage end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and support projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business users to identify pain points and propose SAP-based solutions that enhance financial operations.
• Training & Documentation: Conduct user training sessions, prepare functional documentation, and provide post-go-live support.
• Integration Support: Ensure smooth integration of Finance with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.) and external systems.
• Data Migration: Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities during implementation and upgrades.
• Testing & Compliance: Participate in functional testing, system testing, and UAT cycles. Assist in audit and compliance reporting requirements.
  

Qualifications

• Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in SAP Finance (FICO) module with hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (mandatory).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of core finance and controlling processes, and integration points with other SAP modules.
• Documentation & Design: Proficient in documentation, configuration, and solution design.
• Communication & Teamwork: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
