Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Project Manager with a strong SAP Finance background to lead end-to-end SAP projects.

The ideal candidate has a background as an SAP FICO Consultant and has progressed into Technical/Project Management roles, coordinating functional, technical, and business teams through S/4HANA implementation and integrations.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of SAP/project experience.
• Strong SAP FICO functional knowledge and project leadership.
• Experience as SAP FICO Consultant is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex SAP implementation/integration projects.
• Excellent stakeholder, communication, leadership, and PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO projects with timely, quality delivery.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, deliverables.
• Coordinate with SAP functional, technical, integration, and business teams.
• Oversee S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, migration, or integration.
• Track status, issues, risks and provide regular stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate with vendors, offshore/onshore teams, and senior management.
• Ensure FI/CO integration with other SAP modules.
• Support governance, UAT, cutover, and change management.

Role: SAP FICO Project Manager

Location: Bengaluru

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Project Manager with a strong SAP Finance background and proven experience managing SAP/technical projects. The ideal candidate would have started their career as an SAP FICO Consultant and subsequently moved into a Technical Project Manager / Project Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP FICO projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Leverage strong SAP FICO functional knowledge to understand business and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with SAP functional, technical, integration, and business teams.
• Manage S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, migration, or integration projects.
• Oversee requirements, solution discussions, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Track project status, issues, risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors, offshore/onshore teams, and senior management.
• Ensure effective FI/CO integration with other SAP modules.
• Support project governance, documentation, UAT, cutover, and change management.

Must Have

• 8-10 years of overall SAP/project experience.
• Strong background in SAP FICO/FI.
• Prior experience as an SAP FICO Consultant is highly preferred.
• Proven experience as Technical Project Manager / SAP Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation and integration projects.
• Excellent stakeholder, communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Preferred:

S/4HANA, SAP migration/upgrade projects, SAP integration, and experience managing large enterprise SAP programs.
