Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead/SME with 15+ years of IT experience and hands-on FICO expertise. This role focuses on end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, covering GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, and asset management. Workshops, blueprinting, and solution design are key responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will drive finance architecture sessions, lead modules, and deliver detailed functional and non-functional requirements to the client with strong strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Information Technology experience with minimum one S/4 HANA implementation experience.
• 15+ years experience with SAP FICO with hands-on expertise in GL, AP, AR, AA & CO sub-modules.
• End to End Implementation experience in SAP S/4 HANA as a Finance Lead/SME with asset management experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct & Drive Workshops/Blueprinting sessions with Business on S/4 Hana Finance architecture level changes and lead workshop on SAP S/4 HANA modules like GL, AP, AR, AA, CO & Treasury.
• Ability to design solutions by gathering information from the client and prepare detailed requirement specifications (functional and non-functional), use cases, and business process recommendations.
