Job summary

Birlasoft Limited in Pune is seeking an experienced SAP FICO consultant to understand business requirements and configure G/L, A/P, A/R and Asset Accounting. The role involves global settings, enterprise structure, blueprint creation and end-user training.

The candidate will validate reports, customize changes, map data, perform gap analyses, and conduct functional/integration testing while supporting multiple SAP modules and ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business requirement of the organization
• Configure G/L, A/P, A/R, Asset Accounting
• Good command in Costing
• Enhancement of the SAP for end user based on requirement
• Configure Global settings and Enterprise structure settings
• Preparation of Blueprint for implementing the business processes
• Validate the reports requirements
• Validate any changes in customize
• Provide training to end-user
• Prepare End user training Document
• Sort out day to day queries of end users
• Gather Information on current business processes and prepare a document
• Data Mapping-Mapping the source data element for each data element in the target environment
• Gap Analysis-finding the gap between As-Is and To-Be processes
• Functional testing and Integration Testing
• Prepare workflow which is nothing but sequence of business processes flow to complete the project within defined scope, budget and time
• Production support for other integrated modules in SAP
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
