Job summary

Mckinsol Consulting in Bengaluru seeks a lead SAP Controlling specialist to drive CO configuration, costing, and FI integration. You will manage end-to-end S/4HANA/ECC implementations, collaborate with manufacturing, and deliver governance and reports to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have strong costing acumen, manufacturing process understanding, and a proven track record in cross-functional delivery within ERP environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA/ECC implementations.
• Strong costing/controlling knowledge aligned with manufacturing.
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP CO (Controlling) configuration and support with aligned FI integration.
• Drive Product Cost Planning activities including standard costing and cost roll-ups.
• Manage Cost Object Controlling processes including WIP calculation, variance analysis, and settlement.
• Execute and support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC implementations.
• Partner with manufacturing teams to align costing with BOM, routing, and inventory valuation processes.
• Ensure seamless FI-CO integration covering GL, AP, AR, and reconciliation activities.
• Establish and monitor finance governance mechanisms including issue tracking and open item follow-ups.
• Prepare and present structured senior management reports with timely escalation where required.
• Engage effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, driving alignment and solution adoption.
• Support ESG risk identification, monitoring, reporting, and integration into the overall enterprise risk framework.
