Job summary

Delta System & Software, Inc. seeks an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to lead finance configuration, testing, and rollout activities across global projects in India.

You will own end-to-end SAP FICO and CO configurations, support blueprinting, data validation, and cutover planning while coordinating with distributed teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery. The role demands strong hands-on expertise in GL, AP, AR, AA, COPA, and product costing, with a focus on North American processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce or related field with finance focus.
• Experience in SAP FICO configuration and rollout projects.
• Proven involvement in end-to-end SAP implementations and testing.
• Global rollout and blueprinting experience preferred.
• Strong testing, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of North American finance processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP FI/CO across GL, AP, AR, AA, and more.
• Lead end-to-end configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

Job description

7+ years of SAP FICO experience, with a minimum of 5 years of SAP implementation and/or global rollout experience.

Experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementations or large-scale rollout projects

The consultant will be responsible for SAP Finance and Controlling configuration, solution design support, testing, documentation, defect resolution, and deployment activities throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in SAP FICO configuration, business process understanding, implementation or rollout projects, testing coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Experience supporting North American finance processes and working with distributed global teams is highly desirable.
