Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced SAP FICO RTR consultant to lead end-to-end implementations across India. The role demands 8+ years in SAP FICO with deep RTR expertise, including GL, AP, AR, and CO configuration.

You will work with overseas on-site clients and drive financial close processes. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and hands-on S/4HANA, CDS Views, LTMC, and intercompany accounting experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP FICO experience with RTR focus.
• Strong hands-on SAP FI-CO configuration skills (GL/New GL, AP, AR, CO).
• Expertise in Financial Close and Intercompany Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO RTR implementations.
• Configure and optimize GL/Accounts modules in SAP FI-CO.
• Manage Financial Close, intercompany accounting, and profitability analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Tax & Legal Reporting.
• Coordinate FI integration with SD/MM and CO modules.
• Collaborate with overseas/on-site clients.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• 2+ end-to-end SAP FICO implementations with strong focus on Record-to-Report (RTR) processes
  
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI-CO configuration (GL/New GL, AP, AR, CO)
  
• Expertise in Financial Close, Intercompany Accounting, Profit Center & Segment Accounting
  
• Knowledge of Tax & Legal Reporting
  
• Strong integration knowledge: FI-SD, FI-MM, CO-SD, CO-PP
  
• Experience in Controlling close activities, profitability analysis, variance analysis
  
• Monitor cost structures, budgets, and performance metrics
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Central Finance & Reporting tools
  
• Working knowledge of CDS Views and LTMC
  
• SAP S/4 Finance / Management Accounting certification preferred
  
• Strong communication skills; experience working with overseas/on-site clients
