Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant (RTR) with 8+ years of experience for Pan India deployment. You will lead end-to-end FICO implementations and RTR-focused configuration across GL, AP, AR, and CO.

The role requires strong integration knowledge with FI-SD, FI-MM, CO-SD, CO-PP, experience with S/4HANA and CDS LTMC, and excellent communication with overseas/on-site clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ end-to-end SAP FICO implementations with strong focus on Record-to-Report (RTR)
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI-CO configuration (GL/New GL, AP, AR, CO)
• Expertise in Financial Close, Intercompany Accounting, Profit Center & Segment Accounting
• Knowledge of Tax & Legal Reporting
• Strong integration knowledge: FI-SD, FI-MM, CO-SD, CO-PP
• Experience in Controlling close activities, profitability analysis, variance analysis
• Monitor cost structures, budgets, and performance metrics
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Central Finance & Reporting tools
• Working knowledge of CDS Views and LTMC
• SAP S/4 Finance / Management Accounting certification preferred
• Strong communication skills; experience working with overseas/on-site clients

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations.
• Drive RTR-focused configuration across GL/AP/AR/CO.
• Collaborate with overseas and on-site clients and teams.
• Support integration with FI-SD, FI-MM, CO-SD, CO-PP.
• Ensure robust financial close processes and reporting.
