Job summary

Systems Plus in Pune is seeking an experienced SAP FI Lead consultant to guide client teams and drive end-to-end SAP FI implementations. You will lead analysis, design sessions, and oversee configuration of GL, AP, AR, AA, and Bank Accounting with S/4HANA integration.

You will manage workshops, develop proposals, and provide training and post-implementation AMS support. A strong client-service mindset and proven team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of SAP FI experience, including end-to-end implementations.
• At least 3 full lifecycle SAP FI projects covering design, configuration, integration, and testing.
• Strong experience across SAP FI submodules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and S/4HANA Finance.
• Proven Team Lead experience and client workshop facilitation.

Job description

What Youll Do

• Lead and guide consultants as well as client personnel implementing SAP FI
• Lead analysis and design sessions to create requirements to develop client solutions
• Design, develop, and configure SAP FI functions to meet client business requirements, including integration points with other modules
• Manage and oversee the design and development of customized reports
• Provide general technical support for our clients and conduct training as required
• Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals

What We9re Looking For

• Minimum of 8+ years of SAP FI experience, including end-to-end implementations
• At least 3 full lifecycle SAP FI projects covering design, configuration, integration, and testing
• Strong experience across SAP FI submodules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Proven Team Lead experience
• Experience planning and facilitating client workshops (requirements, fit-gap, solution design)
• Working knowledge of SAP Activate and Agile delivery methodologies
• Hands-on capability across design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Willingness to support both implementation projects and AMS (production support) environments
• Flexible and adaptable, able to operate across multiple roles and project phases
• Strong client service orientation with ownership of deliverables and proactive risk management
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (remote and local office)
