Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services in India seeks an SAP FSCM Manager to lead financial supply chain initiatives and optimize SAP FSCM deployments. The role focuses on cash flow, credit management, and collections, with opportunities to drive improvements across the finance function.

The ideal candidate has 7–11 years of SAP S/4HANA FSCM experience, 2+ end-to-end FSCM implementations, and strong communication skills to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• CA / ICWA / MBA Finance / MCom qualification required.
• 7–11 years SAP S/4HANA Credit / Collection / Dispute Management experience.
• At least 2 end-to-end SAP FSCM implementations: Credit, Collection, Dispute, with cash application integration.
• Knowledge of 3rd party interface integration for credit management.
• Knowledge of credit score calculation.
• Able to prepare functional specifications.
• Knowledge in SAP FI Accounts Receivable.
• Able to independently handle complex PO requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FSCM team and guide execution of financial supply chain strategies.
• Oversee configuration and deployment of SAP FSCM solutions.
• Identify and implement best practices to optimize credit, collections and disputes.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and support decision-making.

The Opportunity

As an SAP FSCM Manager, you will lead the financial supply chain management initiatives within the organization, driving improvements in cash flow, credit management, and collections processes. This role offers the chance to oversee the implementation and optimization of SAP FSCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing overall financial performance.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Manage the FSCM team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of financial supply chain strategies.
• Implementation: Oversee the configuration and deployment of SAP FSCM solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to optimize credit management, collections, and dispute resolution processes.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide insights and drive strategic decision-making.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with overall business objectives.
• User Training: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on FSCM functionalities.
• Troubleshooting: Address and resolve issues related to the FSCM module, ensuring system reliability.
• Reporting: Generate and present reports on financial performance and process efficiency to senior management.

Skills and attributes for success

• Should be aware S4HANA credit management functionalities.
• Must have at least 2 end-to-end implementation experience in SAP FSCM Credit Management, Collection Management and Dispute Management, cash application-High Rad Integration.

Ideally, you’ll also

• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on FSCM functionalities.

What we look for

• Resource must be a qualified CA / ICWA / MBA Finance / Mcom.
• Should have minimum 7-11 years of experience on SAP S4 Hana Credit / Collection / Dispute Management.
• Must have at least 2 end-to-end implementation experience in SAP FSCM Credit Management, Collection Management and Dispute Management, cash application-High Rad Integration.
• Must have knowledge on 3rd party interface integration for credit management.
• Should have knowledge on credit score calculation.
• Should be aware S4HANA credit management functionalities.
• Should have hands on experience to prepare functional specifications.
• Should have knowledge in SAP FI Account Receivables.
• Should be able to independently handle complex technical PO requirements.
• Should be good in Communication both written and verbal.
