Job summary

UST is seeking an SAP FICO and SAP CO specialist with 8+ years of experience to lead and support ERP projects. Strong hands-on in GL, AP, AR, AA, bank accounting, and CO configurations, with exposure to S/4HANA implementations and integrations with MM, SD, PP, PS.

The ideal candidate will gather business requirements, prepare functional specs, test scripts, and train users while ensuring delivery within SLA timelines. ABAP coordination and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SAP FICO with hands-on GL, AP, AR, AA and bank accounting.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support.
• Knowledge of integration between FICO and MM, SD, PP, and PS modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, migrations, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with ABAP teams for custom developments and integrations.
• Gather requirements and prepare functional specs, test scripts, and user manuals.
• Provide production support and resolve issues within SLA timelines.

Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI configuration: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Bank Accounting Strong hands-on experience in SAP CO configuration: Cost Center Accounting Profit Center Accounting Internal Orders Product Costing Profitability Analysis (COPA) Experience in SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Support Projects. Strong understanding of financial and controlling business processes. Experience in gathering business requirements and preparing functional specifications. Hands-on experience in system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user training. Experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, migrations, and enhancements. Experience working with ABAP teams for custom developments, interfaces, reports, and integrations. Knowledge of integration between FICO and MM, SD, PP, and PS modules. Ability to provide production support and resolve critical issues within SLA timelines. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or a related field. Good to Have Skills SAP S/4HANA Certification. Experience in RTR (Record to Report) processes. Exposure to FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management). Exposure to Group Reporting.
