Job summary

Acmedian is seeking SAP EWM Support Consultants to work on live warehouse management landscapes for a global supply chain solutions company. This is an applications-support and continuous improvement role focusing on incident resolution, service requests, and keeping critical warehouse operations running across multiple sites.

You will provide L2/L3 application support for SAP EWM, analyze and resolve incidents within SLAs, perform root cause analysis, handle configuration changes, and support

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience in a support/AMS environment.
• Knowledge of inbound/outbound/putaway processes and warehouse task management.
• Ability to debug process failures and trace interface issues.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and SLA-driven work.
• Strong communication with warehouse business users.
• Exposure to RF/ITS Mobile or S/4HANA embedded EWM is a plus.

This is an applicationsupport and continuous improvement role — you will resolve incidents, handle servicerequests, and keep critical warehouse operations running across multiple sites.

What you'll do

• Provide L2/L3 application support for SAP EWM across live warehouse operations
• Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs — inbound andoutbound process failures, warehouse task and warehouse order errors, queue andqRFC failures, IDoc errors, delivery distribution issues
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and propose permanent fixes
• Handle configuration changes, minor enhancements and service requests
• Support month-end and physical inventory cycles
• Coordinate with warehouse business users, functional leads and ABAP teams
• Maintain support documentation, known-error records and knowledge base articles
• Participate in shift or on-call rotation as required by warehouse operating hours

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience, with meaningful time in a support or AMSenvironment
• Working knowledge of core EWM processes: inbound, outbound, putaway and removalstrategies, warehouse task and order management, physical inventory, packing
• Ability to debug process failures — monitoring queues, analysing warehouse taskerrors, tracing EWM–ERP interface issues
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira or Remedy, and SLA-drivenworking
• Understanding of warehouse operations and the business impact of downtime
• Strong communication skills — you will interact directly with warehouse businessusers
• Exposure to RF / ITS Mobile or S/4HANA embedded EWM is an advantage

Location and work mode

Positions are open in Pune, Noida and Bangalore. If you are based in or willing to relocateto any of these cities, you will work from our office location. If you are based elsewhere inIndia, this role is available as fully remote (work from home).
