Job summary

Zettamine Labs is seeking an experienced SAP EWM-MRO Consultant to lead and support warehouse management solutions for MRO processes across PAN India. You will own solution design, AMS delivery, production support, enhancements, stakeholder management, and process optimization within EWM-integrated supply chains.

The role requires hands-on expertise in SAP EWM, MRO workflows, inbound/outbound processing, inventory management, and integration with SAP MM/PM/EAM and S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP EWM-MRO environments and implementations.
• Strong understanding of MRO warehouse processes and spare parts mgmt.
• Hands-on expertise with inbound/outbound processing, inventory, and HU management.
• Proficient in EWM integrations with SAP MM/PM/EAM and S/4HANA.
• Familiar with CIF, qRFC, and IDoc monitoring and issue resolution.
• Experience in AMS support, incident management, and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP EWM-MRO support and enhancement activities.
• Analyze and resolve complex production incidents and business process issues.
• Support warehouse processes for maintenance spare parts and indirect materials.
• Work with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with ABAP, Basis, Integration, MM, and PM teams.
• Perform RCA and drive preventive actions for recurring issues.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Ensure SLA adherence and compliance with delivery processes.

The consultant will be responsible for solution design, AMS delivery, production support, enhancements, stakeholder management, and process optimization across EWM-integrated supply chain landscapes.
