Job summary

Zettamine Labs is hiring a SAP EWM Consultant to provide L3 AMS support for Decentralized EWM across PAN India in hybrid mode. You will analyze, configure, and optimize inbound/outbound warehouse processes, integrate with ERP/S/4HANA, and manage CIF/qRFC/IDoc monitoring.

Responsibilities include incident RCA, cross-functional coordination with MM/SD/PP/QM, SIT/UAT support, and ensuring ITIL-aligned SLA delivery. Immediate notice preferred for this senior role.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with SAP EWM Decentralized environments.
• Proficient in inbound/outbound processing, putaway, picking, and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of EWM integration with ERP/S/4HANA and IDoc/qRFC monitoring.

• Analyze and resolve complex production issues related to warehouse processes and inventory management.
• Perform configuration changes and support business process improvements.
• Manage EWM integration with ERP/S/4HANA including CIF, qRFC, and IDoc monitoring.
• Conduct RCA for critical incidents and drive preventive actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, QM, Basis, ABAP).
• Support SIT/UAT, deployment activities, and hypercare support.
• Ensure SLA compliance and ITIL process adherence.

• Provide L3 AMS support and enhancement delivery for SAP EWM Decentralized landscapes.
