Neev is seeking a Senior SAP EWM Consultant to lead enterprise-scale SAP EWM implementations, rollouts and upgrades in Bengaluru. You will bridge business requirements with robust supply chain technology, leveraging deep functional and technical SAP EWM expertise.

Responsibilities include implementation leadership, advanced EWM configurations, and seamless system integration with O2C/P2P, while engaging clients through workshops and site visits. Strong communication across teams is essential.

Competenze

• 4–5 enterprise-scale SAP EWM implementations/rollouts/upgrades delivered.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• Strong EWM configuration, IDocs, tRFC/qRFC, and CIF expertise.
• End-to-end processes O2C and P2P integration with Manufacturing.

Job Description: Senior SAP EWM Functional

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Senior SAP EWM Consultant to lead enterprise-scale implementations, rollouts, and upgrades. In this role, you will bridge business requirements with robust supply chain technology, leveraging your deep functional and technical expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation Leadership: Drive 4-5 enterprise-scale SAP EWM implementations, rollouts, and upgrades from conception to deployment.
• Functional & Technical Configuration: Execute advanced EWM configurations, including basic setup, IDoc configuration, tRFC/qRFC, and Core Interface (CIF).
• Warehouse Process Optimization: Design and implement core inbound and outbound workflows, including Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Wave Management, Process-Oriented Storage Control (POSC), and Layout-Oriented Storage Control (LOSC).
• System Integration: Integrate EWM seamlessly with Manufacturing processes, as well as broader Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles.
• Client Engagement: Act as a primary client-facing representative through workshops, site visits, and collaborative teamwork with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven track record working in IT consulting, Systems Integrators, or with IT products, with hands-on delivery of 4-5 enterprise-scale SAP EWM implementations/rollouts/upgrades.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a premier institution. (A post-graduate diploma or MBA with a specialization in Operations or IT from a premier institution is strongly preferred).
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong mastery of EWM basic configuration, IDocs, tRFC/qRFC, and CIF.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Goods Receipt/Issue cycles, Wave Management, and POSC/LOSC.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes (O2C and P2P) and Manufacturing-EWM integration.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical, business, and consulting teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Good-to-Have)

• Experience with RF (Radio Frequency) enhancements.
• Knowledge of EWM Material Flow System (MFS) functionality and Labor Management.
• Direct experience in client-facing roles involving on-site visits and stakeholder management.
