Job summary

The KION Group AG is seeking a skilled SAP EWM Developer to support and enhance the SAP EWM landscape, ensuring robust, scalable warehouse processes. You will analyze technical requirements, design and implement solutions, and collaborate with global teams to maintain operational stability.

Key tasks include ABAP development, incident resolution, interface and report development, testing, and continuous improvement of system performance within the KION EWM template.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP EWM development and ABAP.
• Strong debugging and incident resolution skills.
• Ability to design, develop, test, and implement technical solutions in SAP EWM.
• Experience with interfaces, reports, forms, and custom objects for warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical third-level contact for SAP EWM-related issues.
• Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement SAP EWM solutions.
• Independently resolve incidents and service requests for warehouse applications.
• Perform ABAP development, enhancements, debugging, and technical corrections in SAP EWM and connected modules.
• Support customizing-related implementations from a technical perspective within the KION EWM template.
• Develop and support interfaces, reports, forms, extensions, and custom objects for warehouse operations.
• Support testing activities and ensure smooth implementation of system updates, transports, and changes.
• Contribute to the ongoing optimization, reliability, and maintainability of warehouse management processes and applications.

The SAP EWM Developer is responsible for providing technical expertise and development support for the KION SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) environment. The role ensures that warehouse processes and system solutions are supported by robust, scalable, and maintainable technical implementations

The role works closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, internal service teams, and external partners to deliver sustainable technical solutions and support operational stability.
