HypTechie seeks an experienced Specialist – Package Implementation (SAP EWM Consultant) in Chennai to support pilot and rollout implementations of Extended Warehouse Management solutions.

With 5–7 years of hands-on SAP EWM experience, you will configure RF-enabled processes, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure data readiness for migration across multiple sites. The role is permanent and based in Chennai.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP EWM features including RF-enabled processes.
• Support bin-level tracking of serialized units and ensure ECC 6 EHP7 alignment.
• Assist MES integration and coordinate with yard management systems.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and Integration teams.
• Provide inputs to ABAP teams for enhancements.
• Ensure master and transactional data readiness for migration.
• Validate RF devices, WiFi, and offline capabilities.
• Participate in pilots and rollouts across multiple sites.
• Contribute to end-user training and knowledge transfer.

Position Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to support pilot and rollout implementations of Extended Warehouse Management solutions. The role requires strong functional expertise, hands‑on configuration skills, and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless deployment aligned with business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP EWM features including RF-enabled processes for receiving, putaway, internal movements, and shipping.
• Support bin-level tracking of serialized units (FG/WIP) and ensure system alignment with ECC 6 EHP7.
• Assist in basic MES integration and coordinate compatibility with yard management systems.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and Integration teams to validate functional flows.
• Provide detailed inputs to ABAP teams for enhancements and functional specs.
• Ensure master data and transactional data readiness for migration activities.
• Validate technical infrastructure requirements such as RF devices, WiFi coverage, and offline capabilities.
• Participate in pilots and rollouts across multiple sites, supporting inventory load, label readiness, and role assignments.
• Contribute to end-user training and knowledge transfer for warehouse teams.
