Job summary

ZettaMine Labs Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru invites an SAP EWM AMS specialist to provide L3 support for Decentralized EWM landscapes, handling inbound/outbound processes and inventory management.

You will work on configuration changes, monitor CIF, qRFC, and IDoc interfaces, and collaborate with MM, SD, PP, QM, Basis, and ABAP teams.

This role focuses on incident management, RCA, and ITIL-aligned processes, delivering timely fixes and knowledge articles to sustain operations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP EWM Decentralized with hands-on expertise.
• Experience in AMS support engagements and incident/service request management.
• Good understanding of SAP EWM integration with ERP/S/4HANA and interfaces CIF, qRFC, IDoc.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 AMS support and enhancement for SAP EWM Decentralized landscapes.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in inbound/outbound/internal warehouse processes and inventory management.
• Perform configuration changes and execute approved business process enhancements.
• Support EWM integration with ERP/S/4HANA, including monitoring CIF, qRFC, and IDoc interfaces.
• Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PP, QM, Basis, and ABAP.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare activities.
• Ensure adherence to SLA commitments, support processes, and ITIL guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, issue logs, and knowledge articles.
• Work independently on assigned support tickets, enhancements, and configuration activities.
• Participate in issue analysis, testing, and solution implementation.
• Collaborate effectively with onsite/offshore teams and business stakeholders.
• Follow established project and support processes.
• Contribute to knowledge management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support project deliverables within defined timelines and quality standards.
