Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad seeks an experienced SAP EWM specialist to lead the design and implementation of SAP EWM (Decentralized or Embedded) within complex warehouse environments. You will optimize inbound/outbound logistics, picking, packing, staging, and storage control to improve throughput and accuracy.

Responsibilities include configuring key EWM components, defining layouts and master data, and integrating EWM with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM and TM.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on knowledge in SAP EWM (Embedded or Decentralized).
• Experience with outbound/inbound deliveries, picking, packing, staging, loading.
• Batch & serial number handling; storage control; RF device configuration.
• Integration with MM, SD, PP, QM; strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP EWM (Decentralized or Embedded).
• Configure key EWM components: Inbound/Outbound processes, Warehouse Structure & Master Data, Storage control (POSC/EOSC), RF Framework, Physical Inventory, Slotting & Rearrangement, Yard Management, Labor Management; define layouts, pickpackship models; configure WOCR and Warehouse Tasks.
• Integrate EWM with SAP S/4HANA (MM, SD, PP, QM), TM; connect Material Flow Systems / AS/RS, conveyors, and ensure interfaces (IDocs, qRFC, BAPIs, CIF).

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Implementation-

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP EWM (Decentralized or Embedded).

• Configure key EWM components:
• Inbound & Outbound processes
• Warehouse Structure & Master Data
• Storage control (POSC/EOSC)
• RF Framework
• Physical Inventory
• Slotting & Rearrangement
• Yard Management
• Labor Management (if applicable)
• Define warehouse layouts, process flows, and pickpackship models.
• Configure Work Centers, Warehouse Order Creation Rules WOCR), and Warehouse Tasks.

Integration-

• Integrate EWM with:
• SAP S/4HANA (MM, SD, PP, QM)
• TM (Transportation Management)
• Material Flow Systems / Automation Systems (AS/RS, conveyors, AGVs)
• Ensure smooth handling of interfaces, IDocs, qRFC, BAPIs, and CIF.

Practical experience with:
