Job summary

TCS Bangalore invites an experienced SAP Production Planning & Control (PP) functional consultant for a virtual drive. The role requires 10+ years of relevant IT experience with strong PP configuration, capacity planning, scheduling, MRP and production execution, plus SAP integration knowledge and Fiori apps.

You will work across PP, MM, SD, CO, PM, QM in a cross-functional team, prepare training materials, and assist data migration as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience in configuration of new Plant and PP modules.
• Experience in capacity planning, scheduling, MRP and production execution.
• Experience in SAP integration with 3rd party applications.
• Experience in CRs, design, configure, test and deploy.
• Experience with Fiori apps.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP PP for new plants and master data (Material, Work Center, Routing, BOM).
• Configure systems for Capacity Planning, Scheduling, MRP and Production Execution.
• Identify gaps and propose process improvements to the business.
• Coordinate with data migration for master data uploads/changes.
• Collaborate across PP, MM, SD, CO, PM, QM in cross-functional teams.

SKILL : SAP PRODUCTION PLANNING & CONTROL- FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

LOCATION : BANGALORE

EXP : 10+ YRS RELEVANT

Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 15 years of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years graduation) - BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/MS with a minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience post-qualification - B.Sc/BCA Graduates with a minimum of 5.5 years of relevant IT experience post-qualification - Only full-time courses will be considered

JD

Should have experience of configuration of new Plant
System configuration for Capacity Planning, Scheduling, MRP, and Production Execution
Various types of master data in PP (Material master, Work Center, Routing, BOM etc.)
Identify the gaps and suggest process improvements to the business
Experience of SAP integration with 3rd party applications
Should have experience of working in CRs in support project (effort estimation, design, configure, test and deploy)
Should have working experience in Fiori apps
Prepare training materials, conduct end user trainings in PP module
Coordinate with data migration team for uploading / changing the master data
To be able to work in cross-function team effectively (PP, MM, SD, CO, PM, QM)
