Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting is seeking a SAP E-Invoicing & E-Reporting Functional Consultant to lead global digital tax compliance initiatives across multiple countries. The role requires translating complex regulatory requirements into SAP designs and coordinating with Tax, Finance and IT teams to ensure compliant, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience implementing or supporting SAP e-Invoicing and/or e-Reporting solutions.
• Lead analysis, design, implementation, and support of global digital tax compliance across multiple countries.
• Collaborate with Tax, Finance, IT and partners to ensure compliance with country-specific e-Invoicing and e-Reporting.
• Lead analysis and implementation across multiple countries.
• Translate legal and business requirements into SAP functional designs and mappings.
• Partner with development teams to build, test, deploy compliant solutions.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Monitor regulatory changes and their impact on e-Invoicing and e-Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA FI/MM/SD.
• Experience with PEPPOL, SAF-T, SII, and other country mandates.
• Knowledge of SAP DRC is desirable.
• CTC models, government platforms, and PEPPOL networks.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience implementing or supporting SAP e-Invoicing and/or e-Reporting solutions.
  
• Experienced SAP E-Invoicing & E-Reporting Business Analyst to lead the analysis, design, implementation, and support of global digital tax compliance solutions across multiple countries.
  
• The role involves working closely with Tax, Finance, IT, and external partners to ensure compliance with country-specific e-Invoicing, e-Reporting, and Continuous Transaction Control (CTC) requirements.
  
• Lead the analysis and implementation of SAP e-Invoicing and e-Reporting solutions across multiple countries.
  
• Analyze legal and business requirements and translate them into SAP functional designs and mapping documents.
  
• Collaborate with development teams and implementation partners to build, test, and deploy compliant solutions.
  
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
  
• Perform issue analysis, defect resolution, and continuous process improvements.
  
• Partner with Tax, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure regulatory compliance and timely delivery.
  
• Monitor global regulatory changes and assess their impact on e-Invoicing and e-Reporting solutions.
  
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, particularly FI, MM, and SD.
  
• Experience with global e-Invoicing and e-Reporting mandates such as PEPPOL, SAF-T, SII, France e-Invoicing/e-Reporting, Italy SDI, Poland KSeF, Hungary RTIR, and Romania e-Invoice.
  
• Knowledge of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) is highly desirable.
  
• Experience with Comarch or other tax compliance solutions is an advantage.
  
• Understanding of CTC models, government platforms, and PEPPOL interoperability networks.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
