Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a SAP DRC professional in Bengaluru to support GRC Access Control modules and security across ECC and S/4HANA. You will handle user provisioning, role management, and risk analysis while ensuring compliance with SOX and internal policies.

Responsibilities include SoD conflict mitigation, Firefighter ID configuration, and ongoing support for Fiori security and SAP HANA databases. Prior experience with incident troubleshooting and ticketing within SLAs is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control modules (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM).
• Ability to manage user provisioning, role assignments and deactivations.
• Familiarity with SoD conflict analysis and remediation.
• Knowledge of audit/compliance processes including SOX.

We are currently seeking a SAP DRC to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Description

GRC Support: Support SAP GRC Access Control (AC) modules (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM).

Access Control & Security: Perform user administration, role management, and risk analysis to ensure secure system access across ECC and S/4HANA systems.

SoD Conflict Management: Analyze, identify, and mitigate Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts.

Audit & Compliance: Support internal/external audits, ensuring compliance with regulations like SOX and internal policies.

Firefighter Management: Configure and manage Firefighter ID (EAM) for emergency access.

Fiori/S/4HANA Security: Maintain security roles for Fiori apps and SAP HANA database systems.

User Provisioning: Handle user provisioning, deactivation, and role assignments.

Support & Troubleshooting: Resolve security-related incidents, troubleshoot authority issues, and manage ticket processing within SLAs.
