Job summary

Umanist NA in Bangalore is seeking an experienced SAP Data Engineer/Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Datasphere, SAC, and data modeling. The role spans data engineering, analytics, dashboard development, and business insights.

The ideal candidate will handle SQL, Python, RDLC reporting, and SDLC for analytics projects, collaborating with Finance and Commercial teams. Open to immediate joiners and Bangalore-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of overall experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere.
• Strong experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

• Real time exposure of SAP ABAP.

• Translate technical analysis into actionable business insights for Finance and business stakeholders.
• Build analytics-ready and trustworthy datasets.

Advanced Analytics

• Develop forecasting models for areas such as revenue, costs, cash flow, demand, and working capital.
• Implement anomaly detection to identify unusual transactions, postings, and business patterns.
• Apply appropriate statistical and machine learning techniques to business problems.
• Validate model performance and quality.

Python & Data Integration

• Use Python for data wrangling, EDA, and analytical modeling.
• Use libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and Statsmodels.
• Integrate data from diverse systems and APIs, including:
• MySQL / PostgreSQL
• REST APIs
• Third-party APIs and data sources

Business & Domain Collaboration

• Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and Commercial teams to understand requirements and business priorities.
