Job summary

Deloitte Shared Services India is seeking a senior Data Migration Lead to drive SAP/data migration programs across the enterprise. You will oversee governance, quality, profiling, cleansing, validation, and cutover activities, working with stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.

The role requires 15+ years of experience, with a strong emphasis on supply chain and manufacturing processes, and proven project leadership to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in SAP/Data Migration projects.
• Involved in at least 5 end-to-end migration projects.
• Led 23 migration projects as Migration Lead or Project Lead.
• Strong expertise in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing business processes.
• Experience in migration strategy, data cleansing, data mapping, data validation, and cutover activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data management initiatives, including data governance, data quality, data migration, and master data management (MDM).
• Define and implement data management strategies, standards, and best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Manage data migration activities, including data profiling, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to gather data requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.
• Lead project teams, oversee delivery, manage risks, and ensure successful implementation within project timelines.
