Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience as a CUTOVER Lead in a full-time capacity.
• Minimum of 3 cycles of brownfield conversion and/or SAP upgrades.
• Familiarity with terms like SUM, NZDT, and Simplification Items.

Responsibilities

• Create and align Cutover Plans with stakeholders.
• Execute the cutover plan as the command center manager.
• Manage stakeholder relationships for cutover execution.
• Coordinate stakeholders to finalize and execute the cutover plan.
• Act as command center and cutover manager on duty during execution.

Overview

Role: SAP Cutover Lead – Venqtel

Location: Dubai

Notice period: Immediate

Employment type: Full time (Contract)

Experience: 10 - 15 years

Responsibilities

• Creating Cutover Plans and aligning with different parties for a brownfield conversion in a scaled environment
• Knowledge about brownfield conversions and the different steps, which requires a good basis understanding
• Knowledge about RISE and infrastructural setups
• Stakeholder management to put up the cutover plan
• Executing the cutover plan as the command center and cutover manager on duty

Skills and knowledge

• Minimum 3 cycles of brownfield conversion and/or SAP upgrades (EHP, ..) from a technical perspective
• Deep understanding of the different phases of a brownfield conversion; familiarity with terms like SUM, NZDT, Simplification Items, CVI, Retrofit, etc.
• Ability to manage a cutover plan
• Experience as manager on duty executing cutover steps
• Good communication skills; clear and crisp task communication
• Technical understanding behind the different cutover tasks
• Willingness to be available full time or travel up to 90% to be in Dubai
