Tata Consultancy Services in Pune invites an experienced SAP CS/PM Consultant to implement and optimize Customer Service and Plant Maintenance processes across ECC and S/4HANA.

You will gather requirements, configure CS/PM modules, manage maintenance workflows, and collaborate with ABAP teams to deliver integrated solutions.

The role covers testing, training, go-live support, data migration, and post-implementation stabilization in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP Customer Service (CS) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP CS/PM solutions.
• Configure Service Notifications, Service Orders, Service Contracts, Warranties, Depot Repair, and Field Service processes.
• Configure maintenance processes including Preventive, Corrective, Breakdown, Predictive, Calibration, and Refurbishment Maintenance.
• Manage Functional Locations, Equipment Masters, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, and Work Orders.
• Support notification, work order planning, scheduling, execution, and settlement processes.
• Participate in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects.
• Work with business stakeholders to design and improve service and maintenance processes.
• Create functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for developments and enhancements.
• Conduct system testing, UAT, training, and go-live support activities.
• Support data migration, cutover, and post-production stabilization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to CS and PM modules.
